How to reorder or delete PDF pages
- Choose a PDF file — its pages appear as thumbnails.
- Drag a page to move it; click the ✕ on a page to remove it.
- Press Save organized PDF — the rearranged file downloads automatically.
Removing pages before sharing
Organizing is often about taking something out: the page of a bank statement with other movements, the annex of a contract that does not concern the recipient, the page of a medical file you would rather keep private. That is exactly the kind of document you should not send to a third party to edit.
Deleted pages are really gone
Page previews are drawn in your browser. When you save, a new PDF is built with only the pages you kept, in the order you set, so a page you removed is not hidden inside the file: it is simply not there.
Limits
Removing a page does not remove information about it from other pages, such as a table of contents that still lists it. To hide part of a page rather than a whole page, use Redact PDF.
Is it private?
Yes. Everything runs inside your web browser, using your own device. Nothing is uploaded to any server, so your documents stay completely private. How does this work without uploading?
