What's worth writing about

• A tool that misbehaves. Tell me the browser you use and what you expected to happen.
• A tool you wish existed. Most of what's on this site started as someone's request.
• A bad translation. robinpdf speaks twelve languages and I only speak a few of them well, so corrections are genuinely welcome.
• Business enquiries.

One thing I can't do

I can't look at your file. Because everything runs in your browser, your documents never reach me — there's no upload, no copy and no log of them on my side. That's the whole point of the design, but it does mean that when you report a bug I need you to describe it: which tool, which browser, and what happened.

I read every message and try to reply within a few days. It's just me, so sometimes it takes a little longer — but it does get read.
